Sorting habits: cannot save the changes in ordering of Habits

Hello. Somewhere along the line something changed and I’m no longer able to reorder my habits. I can click on the Reorder Habits feature and switch things around, but it doesn’t save anymore and my habits will no longer reorder. That feature used to work brilliantly. When you are able, can you please fix that bug for us? Thank you very much!!

iOS app: don't launch after update (27.0.0)

After updating the iOS app to version 27.0.0, the app no longer launches. When I tap the app icon on the home screen, a completely white screen appears for less than a second, and then it returns to the home screen without showing any error message.

Website & Desktop App: Ability to Configure the Current Time of Day view as the Default View

Webapp always defaults to “All Habits” which shows too many habits. This is a new bug. I don’t want to keep seeing my morning habits at night! Please bring back the old behaviour where it defaults to the Current Time of Day. This is also the behaviour in the mobile apps. Please do not break things which aren’t broken.

Cannot add Breaking Habits to an Area

Device: iPhone OS version: iOS (26.1) Related Feature: Areas → Breaking Habits Steps to recreate the issue: Open Habitify on iOS. Go to Areas. Create a new Area or open an existing one. Try to add a Breaking Habit to the Area. Notice that Breaking Habits are not available / cannot be selected. Expected Result: Breaking Habits should be assignable to Areas the same way regular habits are. Actual Result: Only regular habits can be added; Breaking Habits are excluded or not selectable. Additional Notes: This limits organization, as Areas are meant to group all habit types, including Breaking Habits.

Platform Sync: No active syncing between android and windows (web app)

i usually plan habits and activities on windows app using laptop (or web app), but i view and see it like “to do” on phone (android) and it has come to my observation, twice that there is no active sync happening in real time. i almost have to uninstall and install to get updated information on phone. also i actively searched for some ‘sync now’ button, but there isnt any sync now button in the android app. i request you to please either provide a solution or tell me what m i missing, or i would request you to bring one ‘sync now’ button somewhere within the andorid app. thankyou.

Web App: Icon search does not work

When searching icon with keywords, the page shows searching animation but does not navigate to the related icon. For example, I searched ‘book’ which I assume to be a simple terms that would definitely searchable. But there is no result. The page is the same as I clicked in the icon page. Grouping icons also important so that it is easier to navigate to the icon we want when we are unsure about the search key. Website app: Poor syncing between website and app

Since the last big update, I’ve stopped using the website, because it never gets my data right. For example, today, the website is noting that I’ve completed two habits (correct) and I’ve skipped four (incorrect). This kind of error is common. It’s incredibly annoying and I can’t seem to figure out to how get it back to working correctly. (I highly prefer using the website for some of my habits, since it is critical I am not distracted by my phone to fulfill the habit.)

Sorting Habit: Habits not showing in order

Habits are not showing in order in the “current time of day”. Only if I click “all habits”, my habits are showing in order. Please fix this immediately because this is the most basic function of the app - to show habits in our own order.

Website & Desktop App: "My Habit Order" broken in time of day and area views

Device: Macbook Pro M2 (Tahoe 26.3.1) and iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 26.4) Details: I’m able to reorder my habits in Preferences > Habits on desktop and Sort By > Reorder Habits on iPhone and view habits in this order in the All Habits view. However when I toggle to the Time of Day view and click Sort By > My Habit Order, they are sorted seemingly randomly (not alphabetical, by creation order, or by reminder time, I’m unable to identify any potential patterns in their sorting). In the case of the Area views, it appears they may be sorted by creation order when attempting to use Sort By > My Habit Order Steps: Re-order habits via Preferences > Habits on desktop or Sort By > Reorder Habits on iPhone Open Journal and navigate to Time of Day view Click Sort By > My Habit Order Troubleshooting attempted (applies to both mobile and desktop unless otherwise stated): - Closing and reopening the app - Uninstalling and reinstalling the app - Reordering habits from the same area - Reordering habits from different areas - Reordering with only one instance of the application logged in Temporary solution: Because alphabetical sort still works, I’ve renamed my habits with leading numbers (eg “01 Drink Water”) and sorted A-Z to produce the sort order that I want, however this is far from ideal.

Weekly Report: Inconsistent reporting

While I can look at my weekly report on the app and see that I hit all my goals last week, I am still receiving emails and pop ups saying I did not hit any goals last week. When I replied to the email (hello@notifications.habitify.me) to give feedback, the email was returned as “not accepting request to connect”. Sometimes these loops need a simple update - hoping this report helps!

Live Activity: Does not disappear after marking the habit complete

iphone 17 pro ios 26.1 Habit showed up at the correct notification time as a live activity on the dynamic island. I went to the app directly, and marked it as complete, but the live activity persists after closing the app, both on the dynamic island and the lock screen. Updating the counter to 2 instead of 1, or unmarking the task and remarking it did not work

Live Activity: Pomodoro Breaking Timer Counting Up after Finish Breaking Timer.

Hi Habbitify Team, First of all, thank you for the amazing work you’ve put into Habbitify. The app feels thoughtfully designed and genuinely helpful. I‘m a new user, and I loved it so much that I went ahead and purchased the Lifetime package right away. I wanted to report a bug I ran into with the Pomodoro Timer‘s Live Activity on iOS: Device: iPhone 11 OS version: iOS 18.7.1 Related feature: Pomodoro Timer Steps to reproduce: Start a Pomodoro timer from a time-required habit. Let it switch into break mode (after the focus session ends). Let the break mode finish. After the break mode finish, it will count up instead of continue to the next focus phase. Result: The Pomodoro timer does not continue to the next focus phase after breaking. Expected: The Pomodoro timer should continue to the next phase instead of counting up the breaking timer. Thanks again for building such a great product. Excited to keep using it!

Website App: List view does not update to current day's list

The Habitify website is very wrong in comparison to the app and even the website’s own Log History because the date is wrong. You can see it says July 7th but the computer date is October 8th. Every single habit is wrong because the day, week, and month are wrong. I have already tried refreshing and clearing my cookies and reopening the tab.

Apple Health integration: Stand Hours Not Tallying Correctly

Hi there! I just started using Habitify, and I’m absolutely loving it— it’s everything I was looking for in a habit tracking app. The one hurdle I’ve run into is that the option to integrate with Apple health is improperly importing “Stand Hour” Data specifically. I’m essentially trying to set a weekly goal for each of the three “rings” the Apple uses for its fitness devices. Habitify has been able to read active calories (move ring) and exercise time (exercise ring) with no issue, but with stand hours, the total is always higher in Habitify than it appears in the Health app— and not buy a consistent factor either. Today for example, Habitify displays two more hours than appear in Apple Health, while three days ago it displays 10 more hours than Apple Health shows. I’m updated to the latest available iOS (18.2), and the latest version of Habitify— any advice on how to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Progress View: Daily Score is 0% despite of completion on all habits.

Hi Habitify Team, First of all, I just wanted to say that I really enjoy using Habitify. It’s been a very helpful app for building and maintaining my habits, so thank you for the great work. I did want to share some feedback about the new Progress page. Personally, I found the previous progress reports much more useful and intuitive. The new version often feels inaccurate. For example, the Average Daily Score isn’t very intuitive. Even on days when I complete all of my habits, it sometimes still shows 0%, which is confusing and makes it difficult to understand how the score is being calculated. Overall, I feel the older progress view provided a much clearer picture of my consistency and performance over time. If possible, I’d love to see the previous reporting style return, or at least have it as an option. Thanks again for building such a great app, and I hope you’ll consider this feedback!

Habit stacking: triggers notification even if habit in notification was already completed

Device: Samsung Galaxy s25+ Let’s say I have a habit “wake up at 7 am” and habit “do stretches”. I created habit stacking so “do stretches” notifies me immedietaly after I complete “wake up at 7 am”. If I mark “do stretches” as completed, and then mark “wake up at 7 am” as completed, then I sitll get notification for “do stretches” even though it’s completed. I believe the notification should not appear then, because it serve no purpose.
