Website & Desktop App: Ability to Configure the Current Time of Day view as the Default View

Webapp always defaults to “All Habits” which shows too many habits. This is a new bug.

I don’t want to keep seeing my morning habits at night!

Please bring back the old behaviour where it defaults to the Current Time of Day. This is also the behaviour in the mobile apps.

Please do not break things which aren’t broken.

“Current Time of Day” should be the default in the webapp, as it was since the last 5 years.

I support this. It's really inconvenient to see morning habits in the evening. The old behavior was better—the app used to show relevant tasks based on the time of day. I'd like that logic to be restored.

Hi!

Currently, all time of day is represented fully on the right sidebar of the website and desktop app. The current time of day will be marked by “now”. It is not just 1 Time of Day area now.

Still, we will note your post for the team as a feedback for improvement.

@Minh Thư we don’t want to click on “Now” every single time we open the app. Please have “Now” selected by default everytime we open the app. This has always been the default behaviour for the last 5 years, so please bring this back. @Peter Vu please can you have a look into this?

Website App: Default view current time of day area when opening the web app

Previously, it used to always default to “Now”, i.e, Morning, Afternoon, or Evening. Please bring this back.

The default settings is that, when you open the Habitify as a new tab, it is always open the “All Habits” list.
For the Time of Day areas, based on the current time and the Time of Day settings, the current time of day will be marked with “now” label.
Before, you only can access All Habits list and current time of day list, for now, you can access All Habits list and the list of any time of day. It is for better planning throughout the day.

  The mobile app defaults to the correct “Time of Day”. But the website app always defaults to “All Habits”, showing morning habits at night.
