Website & Desktop App: Ability to Configure the Current Time of Day view as the Default View

Webapp always defaults to “All Habits” which shows too many habits. This is a new bug.

I don’t want to keep seeing my morning habits at night!

Please bring back the old behaviour where it defaults to the Current Time of Day. This is also the behaviour in the mobile apps.

Please do not break things which aren’t broken.
