Web App: Icon search does not work

When searching icon with keywords, the page shows searching animation but does not navigate to the related icon. For example, I searched ‘book’ which I assume to be a simple terms that would definitely searchable. But there is no result. The page is the same as I clicked in the icon page. Grouping icons also important so that it is easier to navigate to the icon we want when we are unsure about the search key.

Hi everyone — thanks for the videos and the extra reports. We’ve confirmed this is still happening across web, desktop, and mobile, and we’ve logged it with the engineering team to dig into icon search specifically. We’ll update this thread when we have progress.

I just came here to post about it and found it’s been an issue for so long.

For me it was “pills”, I thought there were no such icons, as I searched for pill, tablet, med, medicine, pharma, drugs - nothing, irrelevant results. Found the icons simply by scrolling.

It kinda seemed like “meditation” is similar to “medicine”, as I got a bunch of such icons for that query…

How do others select icon? Do you scroll through the list every time? 🫠

(I tried on iOS, MacOS and web)

    Hello!

Thank you for spending your time sharing with us your concern. We are so sorry for any inconvenience that may come up when you are using the app.

Can we have a video of how the search bar works on your end? It can help us to work with the team for the issue troubleshooting.

Hi, as you can see, I tried to search for the last item in the list, which is snow. I went back to the top and search keyword “snow”. It searched but does not return a result. Somehow, this issue on iOS has been fixed, but issue on Windows still exists. I downloaded via MS Store and updated to version 29.1.0.0 when doing the demo.

Not even in the mobile (android) it's working, and still doesn't work on desktop.
