No active syncing between android and windows (web app)

i usually plan habits and activities on windows app using laptop (or web app), but i view and see it like “to do” on phone (android) and it has come to my observation, twice that there is no active sync happening in real time. i almost have to uninstall and install to get updated information on phone. also i actively searched for some ‘sync now’ button, but there isnt any sync now button in the android app. i request you to please either provide a solution or tell me what m i missing, or i would request you to bring one ‘sync now’ button somewhere within the andorid app. thankyou.
