Bad Habit: Set limitation for an interval (every x days)
In addition to the fixed weekly quota (X number of allowances) for a bad habit, I propose introducing a minimum allowable interval (Y days) between instances of the habit.
Currently the weekly quota enables the user to inconsequently perform bad habits in bunches over the course of the weekend’s rollover, even if the intended limit is once per week.

Quit Habits: refractory periods
Instead of having X number of allowances each week, I would like to have the option to set a minimum number of refractory days for a habit
For instance, since I have a bad habit I’d like to limit to once a week, I would rather have it be permitted once every 7 days with the limit being reset to 7 days from the day a bad habit has been performed, more effectively preventing bad-habit binges over the weekend.
Currently the weekly limit enables the user to inconsequently perform bad habits in bunches over the course of the weekend’s rollover.

Perhaps minimum interval is a better term.
