Progress: Skipping a habit should not reduce avg completion rate

Skipping a habit should not reduce the avg completion rate. A skip is a deliberate action, not a failure (there’s already an option for that!)

When a user chooses to skip, it means the habit was intentionally not scheduled for that day. Counting it as part of the avg. calculation lowers the score in a way that does not reflect real performance and reduces motivation.

Skipped days should be omitted so the avg completion rate only measures days where the habit was actually intended to be completed.
