Bad Habit: Set limitation for an interval (every x days)

In addition to the fixed weekly quota (X number of allowances) for a bad habit, I propose introducing a minimum allowable interval (Y days) between instances of the habit.

Currently the weekly quota enables the user to inconsequently perform bad habits in bunches over the course of the weekend’s rollover, even if the intended limit is once per week.
