I think you should be integrated with Strava caus’e almost watch (Coros, Garmin, Suunto, Apple watch…) support automatically sync with Strava.

We have direct integration with Health Connect.
As we know, MyFitnessPal does support the integration with Health Connect ( Read for details). So currently, we believe that you can have a way to sync your data from MyFinessPal to Habitify.
About integration with Garmin, as we update, Garmin does not support the connection with Health Connect yet. We will consider it. Thanks for your feedback!
