Website app: Make Note, About, Log History more visible

There is a problem with how some habits are displayed on the website, they’re cut off. And the Notes & About tab should be shown on this side panel, they shouldn’t be hidden. If you click the arrow expansion they come up but you really have to search for it and accidentally find it, there’s no indication those features are even on the website or where they are.
