Trophy system

The main problem of people is the control/managing of energy, won't be all days that we'll have the same energy, we can sometimes come across situations which can drain our energy, a hard meeting, a hard call or even spend hours searching a lost item. You can search in GPT or Google about the “spoon theory”.

So sometimes we don't even start a 2 hours task because we know we don't have this time, and even if we get 1 hour, in the app will be marked as failed habit… so what I'm trying to say is the app should have like a Plan B and Plan C, so maybe the plan B could be 1 hour and the C 30 minutes, and the app needs to generate dopamine in some way. Got it? Maybe with a trophies, gold silver or bronze… it's crazy see a task as failed but you dedicated a time with all your energy…
