Currently, we can track individual workout times or the Apple Watch 'Exercise' ring minutes (intensity-based). Neither provides the sum of all time spent across any logged workout type.
Please utilise the Apple Health data point specifically named "Workouts". This data point aggregates the duration from all recorded workout sources (e.g., running, weightlifting, yoga) automatically.
