The widget doesn’t work

This widget will not update with my data. I’ve tried everything, changing the widget, un-installing and redownloading the app, checking my settings to make sure background refreshes are on (they are), and turning my phone on and off. This is the main reason I wanted the app, so I will uninstall permanently if the widget doesn’t work.
