Tasks Still Appear in Daily Feed After Their End Date

I reported this issue via email a while ago, but it still hasn't been resolved, so I'm posting it here.

When a task reaches its end date, it should be greyed out, similar to completed tasks. However, one of my tasks still appears as active in my daily feed even though its end date has passed.

This seems like a bug. If a task continues to appear like any other active task even after its end date, it becomes difficult to tell whether the task has actually ended. What's the point of setting an end date if the task still appears as active?

Ideally, such tasks should be greyed out or marked as expired while remaining accessible in the task list.
