Journal: Show today's reminder time on each habit in the list view

Display the reminder time next to each habit in Journal/All Habits views. Currently you have to tap into each habit to see when it's scheduled. Showing the time inline would make it much easier to scan your day at a glance.

Sorting by reminder time is better than nothing but no substitute for me being able to easily see “9:15 AM” to remember when to start it without having to flip back and forth between Habitify and Calendar.
