Apple Watch: Silent Timer Expiration on Apple Watch
I set a 10-minute timer on my Apple Watch. The timer reached zero, and on the dimmed always-on display, it shows 0. However, there are no sound notifications indicating that the timer has finished. Only when I raise my wrist and the screen lights up does the sound notification for the timer going off actually play.

Hi @Minh Thu, thanks for the update! The issue seems to have been resolved — the sound now plays when the timer ends. However, I noticed the notification sound is very short and easy to miss. This is especially important during intense workouts, when you’re focused and may not hear a brief chime over your breathing or background noise. Is it possible to make the notification sound longer, similar to an alarm, or add an option to customize notification sounds? That would make the timer much more practical for active use cases.

It is good to know that the issue with timer ending sound is now resolved on your watch.
Regarding your question about customizing the ending sound or making it like an alarming sound, we do not have the function supported in the app yet. However, I think it makes sense and is worth consideration. So I recommend you to make a new post for it.
