Progress: Graphics & Data Visualization

  • Most Tracked Habits – Displayed as a bar chart or pie chart, with options to analyze monthly and yearly trends.

  • Visualizing Positive and Negative Correlations – Use overlapping data to highlight how habits influence each other.

  • Traditional Line Graph for Habits – Helps identify peaks and variations in habit completion over time. Particularly useful for tracking habits with quantitative values (e.g.,

    • Cycling: 20 km

    • Reading: 30 minutes).

  • Scatter Plots & Visual Connections:

    • A scatter plot could display how habits relate to each other over time.

    • A connection map could link habits with different colors (e.g., green for positive correlations, red for negative correlations).

Ultimately, users could vote on which visualizations they find most useful for implementation. Additionally, the app should allow users to export their data easily (e.g., for further analysis using other software/tools).
