Forest: Plant a Tree - Manual Logging

a while ago the Plant a Tree feature didn’t mark a seed as watered when I logged a habit. now it does that but there are other errors.

I can’t manually water a seed and the seed doesn’t turn into a tree after it was watered for 7 days, can you fix this?
