I’m interested in simply creating a list of habits, tracking whether or not I did them in a given day and journaling how I’m feeling each day. I’d like to avoid the goal setting and the success and failure framework. It would be nice to be able to change “success” to “done” on a given day and everything that isn’t checked as “done” is either not counted in any way or is given a status of “not done” for that day. And having the goal setting is fine, but for what I’m trying to do I’d like to avoid that whole framework and simply document.
