One time task option to help with ADHD

Would it be possible to add a one time task that needs to be done by a certain date and once done it disappears?

I am a teacher that struggles with ADHD executive dysfunction and I sometimes need to do tasks by a certain date (like marking or admin tasks) that are not on a fixed schedule. They come up without much notice. For example, I need to update my students personal files by Tuesday next week. I was given the task today. Having an option to set a one time task for a certain date and as soon as you complete it it disappears would be extremely helpful for anyone that struggles with ADHD. If we don't have a visible reminder that it needs to be done we can often leave it to the last minute which is a terrible habit I would like to try fix.

In ‘end options’ there are options that kind of match up to this like ‘after completions’ or ‘by total amount’ but unfortunately they don't have an option for a deadline date. The ‘on a date’ option has a minimum of 7 days which doesn't help if I only have a weekend to do something.
