Note: Flexible Note Filter, Add Note from Single Progress view

For the notes section can you add filters for every month of the year, not just the past 6 months. And can you add an all filter if I don't remember what month or even year something was in? Both in the app and desktop.

Also can you add an option to add a note from the menu as well?
