Timer: No Notification or Vibration After Countdown Finishes
When using the countdown feature, no notification or vibration is received once the countdown finishes.
Device: iPhone
OS: iOS 18
Mode: Silent mode enabled
Even with silenced mode, it would be expected that at least a vibration or notification appears when the countdown ends, but nothing happens. I tried it many times and the same issue happen always!

I am working with the team. it seems that the sound is not available for the Pomodoro in this new upgraded version of Timer.

I’ve also run into this issue with the Countdown many times. Strangely, it works sometimes but not at other times! I always make sure the sound level is set to HIGH. For now, I’m using the clock app as a backup notifier. I set two countdowns: one in the Habitify app and another in my phone’s clock app, so I don’t miss when the countdown ends. I really hope this issue gets resolved soon!

For now, the ending sound of Countdown Timer is a short bell sound for about 1-2 seconds. Do you remember how you often let the timer run? On screen or in the background? with or without screen locked?

Currently, the ending sound of timer will be based on the sound volumn setting.
If you turn it to the lowest, you would not hear it, whether your phone is on silent mode or not.

I tried it twice today, but it didn’t work with the Pomodoro. The volume was nearly at maximum, yet the phone stayed silent and no sound was played.

I just tried it again, this time with my phone in normal mode (silent off), but the same issue persists. When the Pomodoro timer ends, no sound plays at all. It’s really frustrating!
