MacOS : new update of the desktop version isn’t working on macOS Ventura 13.6.3 (22G436).

Bug Report

The program doesn’t even open. It’s not critical since I also use the browser version, but ideally it should work.

    We fixed this issue and updated a new version of macOS. Please update the new version from App Store. If the issue still persists, please let us know!

    Are you using an intel mac or an apple sillicon mac? can we have a short video of how it works when you click to open the app?

      Hi Minh, I’m using the Intel version. There’s not much more to add… the program just doesn’t launch. The icon stays in the dock, but nothing else happens

        The team recognized this crashing app problem on Intel mac as well recently. They are working on it. Once it is fixed, I will update with you and notify you at this post.

      I believe I’ve already tried that, but I’ll reinstall the app and see if the issue persists
