Log Progress: Missing logs in Log History

The log history is inaccurate sometimes and it's always very slow. You can see here that a habit was logged twice, but the log history says once. And when I go to log history it's blank for a few minutes before it finally updates and shows a lot of logs.

Sometimes the progress is also wrong because it's using information in log history which is also wrong.
