Journal: Have a count DOWN bad habits instead count up

If you're trying to limit a behavior (e.g., don't exceed 3 sodas per week) it makes more sense to set a max limit and count down.

UX:

  1. Allow setting a max # of times per day/week/month.

  2. Each time the habit button is pressed it decrements from the max.

  3. If the habit reaches 0 it’s considered failed.

One of the other habit trackers does this (or at least it used to), but overall your app is much better!
