Sound: Cannot turn off the check-in sound

I have the in app sound setting turned off but everytime I log a habit it still makes a sound. I've always had this turned off and it hasn't made a single for 3 years but now it does.

I'm on version 33.2.0 on Oxygen OS 16.0.2, based on Android 16
