Habit Description: Make the description more visible and easy to access

The description of a habbit is buried in the about field of a given habbit. This field is a good field to use to answer the why of a habit. Why are you doing something, or what are the details that I need to remember of a habit. It would be good if those details are optionally displayed on the main Journal screen so that are useful day to day. This should be an optional setting as it may clutter the screen. So you should be able to optionally turn it on and off.
