Goal: Ability to track the goal of exact time in the day

I want to add habit for sleep early at 11:00 PM and i also want to track progress and add log for this. Like i want to add everyday log like today i sleep at 11:00 PM and yesterday i was sleep at 10:30 PM and tomorrow i will sleep at 11:30 PM may be
