Apple Health integration: Event-Based Goals (e.g., 3x/Week) instead of just Duration

Currently, Apple Health workout integrations seem limited to time-based duration goals. For many of us, the goal isn't how long we lift or run, but how many times we show up.

The Proposal: Allow users to set "Event-Based" goals for synced Apple Health workouts. For example, instead of a goal of "30 minutes of Strength Training," I want to set a goal for "3 Strength Workouts per week." This would better support athletes and hobbyists who track consistency over minutes.
