Single Progress View: Clarify “Consistency” metric (it’s commonly interpreted as completion rate)

The “Consistency avg” value is easy to interpret as “completion rate,” but it appears to be a different/rolling metric (e.g., it showed 97% even when Success/Failed indicates 20/22 = 91%).

Please clarify via:
- renaming the metric, and/or
- adding an info tooltip explaining the formula and how it differs from completion rate.
