Forest: Issues with Habit Planting and Unlinked Trees

1. Seed Planting Flow Not Showing Existing Habits

When I try to plant a seed, it now directly opens the "Create New Habit" screen. Previously, it would show all my existing habits, allowing me to choose from them. This new behavior seems like a bug ,please restore the option to view existing habits when planting a seed.

2. Trees Linked to Deleted Habits Still Visible

I’ve noticed that trees remain visible even after deleting the habits they were linked to. These trees no longer grow, and I can’t interact with them. It would be helpful to have an option to either connect them to a new habit or delete them.
