Area: Area Sorting not working

Hi There,
I followed this instruction but nothing happened.

Please, can I ask you a check otherwise I had to always use the mobile phone to order them.

    Or, I understood wrong. I’m trying to manage the order of the Areas.

    Let me add that I trying to do that using web page app. (Edge)

      Hi! We do not support to sort the area on website app yet. You may sort them from the phone app instead.

      Please open the app, then go to Settings > All Areas, tap on Edit button on the top right corner.

      You will see the 3-line button next to each area. Hold on it and drag the area to change its order.

        Thank you for your quick reply. Should I open a request “ticket“? It is quite annoying to not have all the functionalities in both user experience.

          Yes, I recommend you to have a post for it. It worths consideration for the website app improvement.
