Hi, for sleep goal, recently the app has changed from taking time asleep to time in bed from apple health. I think its not as accurate a metric. You can spend 7hrs in bed but maybe sleep for just 5hrs. So its not a good indicator that youβre maintaining good sleep. Iβd like to switch back, or at least allow us to customize what metric do we choose from apple health as measurement for that goal/habit
